The program requires an internet connection to operate, as it loads models not during installation, but rather during operation for the tasks you set.
Starlight Mini Activation:
After downloading Starlight Mini, close Topaz Video, copy the models folder to C:ProgramDataTopaz Labs LLCTopaz Video and agree to the replacement.
If you changed the models installation folder, then copy it to it.
