Topaz Photo Pro Overview
Topaz Photo is an AI-powered image processing tool that helps users maximize image quality and reduce noise. This allows you to enhance your photos to make them appear crisper and more detailed.
Topaz Photo combines three tools—digital noise reduction (Denoise AI), sharpening (Sharpen AI), enlargement (Gigapixel AI), and face restoration—all powered by deep learning AI.
Importantly, the program can be used as a plugin for Adobe Lightroom Classic, Adobe Photoshop, and Capture One, providing users with access to all the tools, including the aforementioned “Autopilot.”

Notes
There are two options in the distribution: With the recommended model already downloaded (DRM – Downloading the required model) and without (no_DRM).

- Does not include models for image processing (they will be automatically downloaded to the program folder when an image is added)
- Picks up (previously downloaded) models from the models folder. After unpacking this version, replace the folder with the downloaded models from the previous version with the one in the new one. *TopazPhotoDataCommonmodels
- No installation required
- The program launch file is TopazPhotoPortable.exe
yaP Launcher portable version uses symlinks, so on systems with UAC enabled it must be launched as Administrator.

(1) _ Windows 10 support may end before 2026. We strongly recommend upgrading to Windows 11
(2) _ Zooming in may require 24 GB of RAM (system memory) or more, especially if you do not have a dedicated graphics card.
(3) _ Super Focus, Dust & Scratch, Wonder, and Standard Max AI are memory-intensive generative models. They require 8 GB of VRAM. They can run with 6 GB of VRAM, but will perform slowly. 8 GB of VRAM is recommended for proper operation.
(4) _ If you only have an integrated graphics card and do not have a dedicated graphics card, Topaz Photo will only run with 16 GB of RAM. However, even with the required amount of RAM, insufficient VRAM will cause processing to be slow (especially at high zoom levels), and your computer will not be able to run memory-intensive generative AI models.
