Steinberg VST Live Pro Features

The VST Live Pro 2 performance support platform combines music and lighting effects management functions with audio processing and music-video synchronization sections. The program is designed to help musicians during performances, making them more convenient and spectacular, and at the same time allowing any plugin and effect settings to be transferred to the stage.

The second version of the package received a set of DMX plugins for controlling the light and creating scenarios for its behavior during performance. Light sequences can be synchronized with music, which allows you to adjust the light to the material being performed.

Plugins can be used to create not only global lighting, but also local lighting. The latter allows you to program specific patterns for specific songs or even song segments.

The program also has a new Flex Loops feature. With it, users can make edits to the duration of sequences, loop individual moments, and even set the number of repetitions of a particular behavior. The feature is complemented by an automation section that expands the program’s flexibility: for example, you can automate the program’s behavior at specific moments in time, similar to how automation works in digital workstations.

Information on the control inputs can now be recorded without being tied to specific program parameters. It is noted that recorded automations can be linked to parameters later, which will give musicians a certain “freedom of action during performances.”

Another important innovation of VST Live Pro 2 is the Focus Control function, which is a separate customizable interface with a set of control elements. “Focused Control” will allow you to create presets for different scenarios, saving only the most necessary effects, sequences and settings. Thus, musicians will be able to keep all the necessary elements in front of them and make adjustments right during the performance, without wasting time searching for parameters and switching between menu items.

Installation

If you previously installed TEAM R2R Network Block Runtime, uninstall it! _ To uninstall, run unins000.exe in the C:\Program Files\TEAM R2R\Network Block Runtime folder.

Note: If Silk Emulator v1.5.0 and TEAM R2R System v1.4.2 are already installed , skip steps 1-3

1. _ Install TEAM R2R System v1.4.2.exe
2. _ Install Setup Steinberg Silk Emulator v1.5.0.exe
3. _ Reboot the OS

Delete the previous version (recommendation from R2R, so it’s your discretion)

4. _ Install VST_Livei.msi
5. _ Install VST Viewer (If you need it)
6. _ Install Steinberg built-in ASIO Driver (If you need it)

Notes

• No Steinberg Library Manager is required (optional).
• No Steinberg Activation Manager is required.
• Loads faster than legit version.
• No compatibility issue with other legit Silk and Silk powered apps.
