PDF Suite Pro+OCR Overview

This software lets you convert scanned documents and images into editable PDF files. Convert any print-ready file into a readable PDF. Convert Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office documents to PDF while preserving formatting.
This program lets you open, save, print, and annotate any PDF file. It makes it easy to view presentations, resumes, ebooks, and many other electronic documents. Annotate PDFs using a pencil, watermarks, sticky notes, and other markup tools.
Start editing text and images in your electronic document in just a few clicks. Add, delete, move, resize, and rotate any graphic elements in your PDF.

Installation

– Run the installation from the pdf-suite-20-startup-20.0.23.21526-x64 msi installer. Then install all additional module settings.
– Open the program activation wizard. (I didn’t have this option. The “Activate” button is there now, but it doesn’t interfere. When you click it, it asks you to send an email for registration—of course, you don’t need to do that.)
Close PDF Suite from the system tray, as well as the PDF Suite service in Task Manager (check that services are stopped!).
– Replace the patch in: C:\Program Files\PDF Suite 20 – copy the bl.dll file to the program folder
Then you can start.

* All Pro+OCR features are enabled and activated. All features have been tested.
* There’s no need to log in with an account. Tested with the system date reset a year in advance, all Pro+ OCR features still work without issue. The “Activate Now” button at the top of the program is only for account creation. I haven’t tested logging in with an account. The fix simply enables Pro+ OCR features.
* Click the Settings icon / App settings / Turn off desktop notifications and check for automatic updates
