HouseCreator+ Overview

HouseCreator+ is a program for low-rise housing construction that allows you to automate the process of designing a house, create a model and generate reporting documentation for the customer, production and assembly of the house.

The program consists of functional modules, it can work with a separate module, and combine several modules in one project.
Each of the modules complements the capabilities of the program, expanding its functionality.

Program modules:
– Aerated concrete – allows you to design houses from aerated concrete
– Frame – allows you to design houses using frame technology
– SIP – allows you to design houses from SIP panels
– Timber – allows you to design houses from timber

– Log – allows you to design houses from logs

Library of materials — generates and stores profiles of lumber, insulation, wall “pies”, floors, roofs and finishing materials used in the project
Foundation — allows you to design a strip foundation, monolithic slab, screw and reinforced concrete piles
Ceiling — allows you to draw a floor slab from wooden beams, foundation strapping, lintels between beams
Construction axes — automatic generation and numbering of axes when designing walls
Floor plan — allows you to draw walls, arrange windows and doors, put up pillars, stairs, fences, add room markings
Pillars — arrangement of pillars on the floor plan and ceilings
Windows and doors — installation of windows and doors of various shapes and configurations in walls
Stairs — construction of stairs of various shapes for the entrance and inside the house.
Marking of elements — automatic marking of all elements of the house model (piles, floor beams, walls, windows, doors, rafter system, etc.)
Roof — construction of a roof of various shapes and configurations, formation of a rafter system, installation of dormer windows,
Visualization — at any stage of design, you can view a three-dimensional model of the house, apply textures to the model objects, save the visualization in JPG
Export — the following formats are available for exporting the generated model and reporting documentation: JPG, OBJ, DWG, PDF, Excel
Facades and sections — formation of facades and sections, setting of height dimensions, roof slope angle
Drawings — the program automatically generates drawings of the drawn objects of the house: plans of the foundation, floors, floor, walls, roof, etc.
Specifications — the program automatically calculates the volumes, areas and quantity of materials used in the design of the house model and generates various specifications on this basis
Cutting of materials — the program allows you to cut moldings and sheet material, which allows you to estimate the required amount of material
Editor drawings — allows you to supplement drawings with your own dimensions, text inscriptions, insert objects in the form of blocks from DWG files
Drawing design — drawings and specifications can be output to sheets in automatic mode and saved in PDF, or a more detailed project album can be manually created
