Installation

For those who want to install Draftsigth 2026 on a computer with SolidWorks 2019-2026 installed (with a crowbar from SSQ):

1. There is no need to copy the ProgramData folder from the DraftSight drive to C:
2. You cannot run DraftSight_local_licensing.reg from the DraftSight drive!
3. If you have already run DraftSight_local_licensing.reg from the DraftSight crowbar, then run “swXXXX_network_serials_licensing.reg” from the SSQ crowbar of your SolidWorks version to restore the previous values ​​of the SW_D_LICENSE_FILE variable in the registry.
4. If you have SW2019-2025 (by SSQ) installed, then download only the crowbar from the SW2026 (by SSQ) distribution and install only the broken license server from it (remove the license server from the SW2019-2025 versions first)
