Chief Architect Premier – Pro Grade 3D Architectural Design Software

Chief Architect Premier Overview

Chief Architect Premier is a powerful interior design program that successfully combines a user-friendly interface, ease of learning and a rich library of clip art. Each element placed in the plan is usually used by default to make the development process effective and productive. When creating design elements, the program automatically creates a 3D model and generates a list of materials. In addition, it includes design tools for photorealistic visualization, artistic rendering and virtual tours to help you visualize projects for demonstration to clients. Chief Architect Premier is almost the perfect interior design program that successfully combines a user-friendly interface, ease of learning and a rich library of clip art. When working with it, you do not need to long and tediously draw each line and be a master of precise mouse pointing – thanks to the option to connect the walls, the foundation and frame of the house are drawn in just a couple of seconds.

Chief Architect Premier Features

The next stage is the installation of internal partitions, stairs (if the house has several floors) and a roof. Here, the options for accurately measuring distances and leaving notes on the sketch will come in handy. The developers also devoted a lot of time to such important architectural details as windows and doors – perhaps only Punch! Home Design and ArCon can compare with them in terms of the number of samples.

We can also expect an equally rich selection when choosing furniture – the program offers options for every taste. Well, and especially fastidious users can turn to additional collections of designer creations that are available on the program’s website. Vases, glasses, cutlery, dishes, CDs, sets, fruits – all this is honestly displayed in the master plan and 3D viewing mode. The graphic part deserves a solid “five” – high-quality textures, a minimum of angles in 3D mode allow it to easily compete with design monsters.

Installation

I added the following lines to the hosts file before installation and cleaning. I highly recommend doing the same.
I downloaded the libraries after cleaning, but I think it was also possible to do this during installation. Don’t try updating if it asks for a key; I checked. The program didn’t crash or close when I declined the update.

1 – Install the application.
2 – Add these lines to your hosts file:
127.0.0.1 cloud.chiefarchitect.com
127.0.0.1 login.chiefarchitect.com
3 – Copy winmm.dll to the folder: C:\Program Files\Chief Architect\Chief Architect Premier X17
