Black Salt Audio Telos Guitars – Shape Stunning Guitar Tones with Power

Black Salt Audio Telos Guitars Overview

Black Salt Audio Telos Guitars taking the Pain Out of Guitar Mixing. Mixing guitars used to be a pain. Sharp peaks, sharp dips, and uncontrollable mids required a chain of 3-5 different plugins and hours of tweaking. Telos Guitars makes it easy. Whether it’s cleans, leads, heavy guitars, or even acoustics, you’ll get the tone and control you need faster than ever.

Black Salt Audio Telos Guitars Features

• The low range offers switchable shelving and peaking EQ topologies to either boost the sub-bass
or add expressive low-mid energy. The adjustable frequency control lets you center the boost
or cut exactly where your mix requires.
• The midband uses a fully parametric EQ filter optimized for musical slope
and Q, making it ideal for creating space around vocals or emphasizing the articulation and presence of guitars.
• The high range provides a choice of modes to create airy “top” shelves or focused “presence” peaks,
letting you precisely shape the tone to add shimmer, clarity or spice to guitars.
• The harshness reduction circuit uses dynamic, frequency-dependent attenuation to soften harsh highs and mids
without sacrificing tonal integrity, smoothing out harshness while preserving harmonic detail.
• The volume control dynamically suppresses excessive low-end noise that occurs during palm-muted passages,
keeping rhythm guitar parts tight and weighty.
• The single-knob compressor combines adaptive on/off settings and program-dependent ratio curves
to deliver smooth, modern compression tailored to guitar without distortion when pumped.
• The saturation module simulates the non-linearities of analogue circuits, introducing harmonic colouration ranging from subtle warmth
to harsh distortion, increasing perceived loudness and adding character.
• The built-in limiter uses a transparent brick wall to regulate peaks and prevent overlap, ensuring
guitars remain controlled and sit confidently in dense mixes.
