Installation

1. Launch the installation using the Architect 3D 20 Ultimate Plus Setup.exe file and click Settings as shown in the screenshot. 
2. Select the installation location and uncheck the box so that the program does not start automatically after installation and click OK. 
3. Then click Install. 
4. After installation, click Terminate. 
5. Then run Update.exe (select English). 
6. After installation, run HostBlocker.bat, it will add the following lines to the hosts file: 
   127.0.0.1 tools.avanquest.com 
   127.0.0.1 api.avanquest.com 
   127.0.0.1 aims.avanquest.com 
7. If you are afraid to run it, you can add these lines manually or use the GenP patcher – 3.6.9. There is an Edit Hosts button that allows you to add lines to the hosts. Or just open it in Notepad and take these lines from there. 
8. Next, launch Keygen.exe. A hippopotamus appears. Move it over its head and get the serial number – copy it. 
9. Launch the program using the shortcut from the desktop that is created and enter the serial number. 
   We receive it after selecting a simple project, for example. 
   We continue to use the program and make our own projects. 
10. I still don’t understand what the Key only.txt file is for. I didn’t find it useful, but I’ll leave it in case it’s useful to someone else. 
    It wasn’t blocked in the firewall.

Notes

This program, according to the description, is more advanced than Avanquest Architect 3D Interior Design, so I recommend installing both programs; they are side by side and do not conflict with each other.
