Apple MainStage Overview

Apple MainStage for Mac has everything you need for live performance: an easy-to-use full-screen interface, customizable hardware controls, and a vast collection of plug-ins and sounds that are fully compatible with Logic Pro.

Apple MainStage Features

• Perform on stage with over 100 instrument, effect, and MIDI plug-ins, or work with Audio Units plug-ins.
• Add sounds from Logic Pro and GarageBand to bring studio-quality sound to live performances.
• Combine instruments and live sounds like keyboards and vocals in a single Patch.
• Switch between Patches without stopping audio output or interrupting held notes.
• Create complex keyboard patches using splits and layers, Arpeggiator, and other MIDI plug-ins.
• Perform with stereo and multi-track backing tracks using the Playback plug-in.
