To add an entry to hosts:

To add an entry to hosts, copy the hosts.txt file from the
Photoshop\App\hosts folder to the App folder.

When PhotoshopPortable.exe is launched, an entry will be added to hosts. When it is finished, the entry will be deleted.
A shortcut to the etc folder has been added to view the hosts file. If necessary, edit or write your own hosts.txt file.
