3DF Zephyr is a resource-intensive application. It uses all available CPU cores and Nvidia CUDA technology where possible. Note that a CUDA-capable graphics card can significantly improve performance (multi-GPU configurations are also supported in the Lite and Full editions). We also recommend closing all running applications when performing a reconstruction with 3DF Zephyr.
